Led by Ms. Jacqueline Rodrigues-Fontes, JRF Management Consulting brings decades of experience in supporting various clients with similar initiatives. Our team brings significant experience in Program and Project Management related to CIO support, Agile IT Management, Innovation Services, Enterprise Architecture, Asset Management, Process Improvement, and in Emerging Solutions, to include Cloud Computing, DevOps, Digital Services, and Data Analytic/Business Intelligence.

Jacqueline Rodrigues-Fontes, President, brings decades of experience in supporting various clients in the federal sector and commercial. Some of her experience includes handling a variety of complex assigned projects and applying subject matter knowledge. She contributed to the Foreign Trade Division’s procurement process of the EIS system and supported the strategic planning process, including the integration of new information technology infrastructure, evaluation of vendor products to meet requirements, development of business cases, and the prioritization of system and business requirements. She also managed two major program services with JACOBS Engineering on a Transportation Security Administration (TSA) contract. The projects required coordination of a variety of TSA program activities (i.e., integrated master scheduling, budget tracking, field engineering, asset deployment and decommissioning, and QA/QC on CAD Files). Her Team provided support services on all checkpoint equipment for all [~470] US commercial airports and streamlines many of the existing reporting and tracking processes with the establishment and development of an integrated asset system and database. The databases were accessible by major program offices (i.e., ReMAG, the Electronic Baggage Screening Program (EBSP), and Passenger Screening Program, PSP).
